Legal Counsel Lawyer Commercial Construction Industry
Full Time Perm Position
Remote with some Hybrid work in Houston Dallas or Austin Texas
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
$150K $230K Salary plus benefits
Global leader in renovation construction and designbuild services is looking to hire Legal Counsel with experience in the Commercial Construction industry to join as a fulltime permanent employee to work either remote hybrid or onsite in our Houston Dallas or Austin Texas offices.
Ideal candidates will have 5 plus years of experience focusing on both the management of disputes litigation and claims arising from the company s operations and the drafting and negotiation of constructionrelated contracts change orders and claims.
We need an attorney that has experience in the construction industry or someone who got their engineering degree then went on to get their law degree with experience dealing with constructionrelated disputes.
Must have a J.D. degree from an ABAapproved law school and an active member in good standing of a United States jurisdiction.
