LEGAL COUNSEL

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing board and shareholders meeting
  
• Managing your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles
  
• Assisting in drafting legal templates
  
• Manage and coordinate external legal counsel (where required)
  
• Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
  
• Liaising with notaries and international law firms
  
• Participating in cross-departemental projects

Relevant experience:

• Law Degree
  
• Admitted to practice in Common/Civil Law jurisdiction
  
• Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience
  
• Luxembourg Corporate and/or Funds experience highly advantageous
  
• Fluent in English, good skills in German and/or French will be considered an asset
