LegalSolutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support. Responsibilities include contract review legal research and compliance oversight.
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders. Review and draft contracts agreements and legal documents. Research legal issues and provide recommendations. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law. Admission to practice law in South Africa. Knowledge of corporate law contract law and regulatory compliance.
Skills: Legal research contract review negotiation attention to detail communication.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law preferably in corporate or commercial law.
