Job Requirement:
Candidate is expected to be skilled at drafting and negotiating business / commercial agreements providing advisory on legal issues managing
stakeholders etc. and possess sound legal knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting vetting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements based on varied business models with customers vendors and partners in alignment with relevant laws and internal policies with an aim to balance risk mitigation with efficiency of execution. End to end contracts management.
Work closely with stakeholders and provide them with sound legal advice.
Keep track of changes in laws.
Manage projects.
Work Experience & Skills Required:
LL.B from a premier law school or university in India.
At least 4 years of postqualification experience in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Have strong analytical drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly absorb business / commercial requirements and draft appropriate legal documentation / provide legal advisory.
Must be a selfstarter and exhibit high motivation sense of urgency commitment and ownership.
Have high integrity collaborative communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen.
