We are looking for a Legal Consultant from Real Estate industry who is expertise in providing legal advise draft and document legal documents related to property & Real estate transactions.
We are seeking a property legal Consultant to provide legal guidance and documentation for all aspects of our property business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal documents contracts and agreements related to property transactions providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders and ensuring that all propertyrelated activities comply with legal regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on property transactions contracts and agreements
Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions including agreement of sale sale deeds property registrations lease agreements purchase agreements and deeds
Manage legal due diligence processes for property transactions including reviewing title reports and conducting property inspections
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements related to property transactions including zoning laws environmental regulations and property tax laws
Ensuring compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Authority GHMC HMDA DTCP Electricity Board Pollution Board and other requirements.
Represent the company in legal proceedings related to property disputes such as landlordtenant disputes or property damage claims
Collaborate with other departments such as finance and real estate to ensure that all propertyrelated activities are in compliance with legal requirements
Stay uptodate on changes to property laws and regulations that may impact the companys operations
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
LLB or above degree from an accredited law school
5 years of experience in property law preferably in a real estate firm including experience drafting and reviewing propertyrelated contracts and agreements
Knowledge of property laws and regulations including zoning laws environmental regulations and property tax laws
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
