Job Description

Stratjuris Law Partners is strengthening its team by recruiting several candidates as Legal Associate on retainership basis. The Candidate will be recruited on Probation for three months and thereafter he/she may be confirmed as retainer based on his/her performance.

The Broad outline of responsibilities of the Retainer are as follows:

1. Handling litigation matters in Courts and Tribunals including drafting/reviewing pleadings filing procedures doing research on case laws and other relevant issues

2. Attending meetings with Clients and resolving their queries briefing senior counsel and attending conferences;

3. Appearing in Courts and coordinating with senior counsel etc.

4. Drafting/ reviewing/finalizing various agreements and contracts related to employment day to day commercial activities of clients e.g.

Agreement with vendors/ customers/ service provider

Master Service Agreements for procurement of industrial products/ manufacture & supply of industrial products;

MSA for technology development / technologies licensing;
