Job Description:
Scope of Work: This Work Request is seeking expertlevel Programmers with skills in application development and system architecture for multiple applications. They are seeking programmers with any of the following skill sets:

• For legacy applications DRS is seeking skills in Natural programming and ADABAS database systems. Familiarity with NaturalOne and Linux operating systems preferred.

Qualifications: DRS is seeking highly skilled expert level Contractors that can supply application development services within 15 business days of receiving a request for services. To be considered the Bidder must also be able to provide developers that have:

• At least five years of experience as an applications developer on business and technology projects with experience in legacy or web client service applications as documented in Scope of Work above.
• At least three years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams that include business analysts technology professionals subject matter experts and/or vendors.

Period of Performance: DRS anticipates that the Work Order(s) resulting from this Work Request could begin upon execution of the contract and continue in duration through June 30 2027 with the number of hours varying depending on the work assigned.

Location: It is anticipated that these services will be able to be performed remotely for the majority of this contract. However Contractor may be required upon request to perform contracted services onsite at Department of Retirement Systems Tumwater Washington.
