Leasing Manager

Up to 65k plus bonus

We are recruiting on behalf ofanawardwinning mixeduse property developer in the UK
This worldfamous north west London neighbourhood will be the UKs largest single site of Build to Rent homes with over 6000 apartments by 2027. They already has over 3650 exceptional Build to Rent homes within its portfolio across ten unique developments.

Job Purpose:

Working with teams across the business as one of our Managers you will ensure we meet our sales targets and renewal targets and ensure a seamless exceptionalcustomer journey from start to finish.

Leading a team of Leasing Associates you will inspire and develop your team to deliver results through mentoring coaching and creating a passionate candoenvironment. Strategic thinking and possessing the commercial acumen to spot market trends and opportunities is a must.

Key Accountabilities:

To manage your sales team to contribute to and understand the business plan at a fundamental level;
Build strong and enduring relationships both internally and externally and influence accordingly;
Give market and performance feedback make commercially astute business recommendations and have a handle of the progress and leasing status of theportfolio at all times;
Work hand in hand with our Resident team to ensure every new arrival (viewing tour and movein) has an exceptional experience;
Lead inspire and motivate your team to achieve success ensuring each team member is developing to reach their potential;
Have an indepth knowledge of your apartment portfolio and availability devise and implement strategies to ensure occupancy targets are achieved;
Be commercially proactive dynamically promote and sell additional revenue generating services review rents regularly and make business recommendations;Working closely with marketing in regards to enquiries leads and customer correspondence be proactive in maximising all leasing opportunities;
Be the champion of our customers. Consistently look at ways we can improve the customer experience and journey through customer feedback;
Monitor performance and market trends set tangible daily and weekly targets accordingly to achieve agreed business goals;
Be a natural negotiator be able to build rapport quickly and effectively and use sound judgement under pressure;
Be a natural empathiser quickly identify customer needs and be able to design customer focused solutions;
Be adept at spotting process improvements quickly and implement those improvements. A champion of positive change;
Ensure all reporting lease administration CRM systems etc. are updated and managed effectively.
Ensure the business and Leasing team are compliant with UK regulations at all times.

General Accountabilities:

Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role as directed by your Manager raising any issues with capacity so they can beproperly managed.
Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee meeting the standards and timescales required bythe Company.

At all times ensure that your understanding and skill level regarding the Companys IT systems are up to date as applicable to your role. Undertake IT training asrequired to ensure full and proper use of the available technology.
Demonstrate commitment to and align actions with the Companys values: Creative PeopleFirst Pioneering Sustainable and Proud.
Work within the Companys policies and procedures governance framework and standards as detailed on the Companys intranet.

Remain knowledgeable about Group activities benefiting from all forms of internal communication provided and acting as a positive ambassador for theCompany at all times.
Use materials and resources effectively and efficiently to minimise waste and always consider the impact of potential actions alongside our Sustainability policiesand goals before taking business decisions.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

Passionate dynamic thorough and dedicated;
Possess a natural ability to see the journey through the customers eyes;
Proven history in sales with demonstrable experience of increasing sales/revenue;Proven experience of team leadership/management and driving performance;
A successful history of being a leader mentor and coach;
Able to identify analyse and improving upon existing business processes;Excellent communication skills.
