CoachHub is looking for a Learning Architect to join our Sales Enablement team.

THE ROLE: reporting to our Global Head of Sales Enablement, this is a mid-level role and a brand new position within the company. The role can be based either at our HQ in Berlin or remotely from your location within EMEA (with occasional travel to our HQ for in-person training and team events).

THE TEAM: our mission is to empower CoachHub's Sales and Customer Success teams to be more effective in engaging buyers along the purchase journey by providing the information, content, training and tools they need, when they need it. Positioned at the crossroads of CoachHub's Sales, Marketing and Coaching Lab teams, cross-functional collaboration is in our DNA.

As a Learning Architect, you will:

• Develop digital learning pathways for our global Sales and Customer Success teams and leaders (EMEA, North America and APAC)
• Design compelling learning content (using eLearning authoring tools or video creation software) to reinforce information delivered in classroom session
• Ensure our LMS is up to date with engaging content by constantly reviewing usage, suggesting improvements, and resolving or escalating technical issues
• Partner with our Behavioral Scientists to stay on top of industry trends and incorporate this information into learning modules
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure consistent use of brand guidelines and assets

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in digital learning experience and instructional design
• Experience developing eLearning modules and instructional videos
• Creative: you love bring bring new ideas to challenge the status quo
• Culturally aware: you understand how to adapt content to different audiences and backgrounds
• Collaborative: you thrive in a cross-functional, feedback-driven culture
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Graphic design (e.g. colour theory, knowledge of Photoshop)
