THE START DATE FOR THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY ON THE 1ST OF APRIL.
The learnership program will enable individuals to receive training in both sales floor and service desk operations at a retail store. Interacting with customers and managing stock will be a primary focus. Success in this role requires dedication to learning completing logbooks preparing for assessments and demonstrating competency as a crosstrained sales consultant.
- Commit to working at least 120 hours instore
- Acquire knowledge and develop expertise
- Get ready for evaluations
- Help customers locate merchandise
- Arrange the store following MBP principles
- Process payments and transactions using the POS system
- Start new accounts
- Manage and reduce stock losses
- Foster customer relationships
- Ensure customer security and safetyQualifications and Experience Grade 10
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Competencies Proactive self motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent customer relations and people skills
- Excellent communication skills
