What we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Learner Success Associate to support in the implementation of cuttingedge blended and virtual learning programmes as face of our organization to our clients. This is a chance for a driven organized techsavvy professional with good people and projectmanaging skills and the ability to analyze an organisation and understand its learning and development needs.

The Learner Success Associate is responsible for managing core learner relationships for ongoing programmes delivering engaging learning programs endtoend reviewing core learning outcomes and metrics and facilitating select client inperson or virtual learning sessions. The successful candidate will report to the Lead Client and Learner Success Enterprise and collaborate with other Learner Success Managers Associates and learning and business development teams to support clients across Africa.


What does the job involve

Learner Experience:

  • Supporting learners to make the most of their learning journey
  • Using and adapting engagement plans to support learners throughout their learning journey
  • Managing the online learning experience for participants including creating learning journeys and managing an online learning academy
  • Providing group and 1on1 support to help learners to get started and navigate the online learning platform
  • Proactively problemsolving flagging and following up on techrelated challenges with our Tech Team

Programme Management:

  • Implementing the rollout of our core programmes
  • Mapping out a project plan with clear timelines and priorities
  • Cofacilitating programme kickoffs Liaising with your assigned facilitator to ensure that all learning content is shared timeously
  • Setting up and managing inperson / virtual touchpoints (Learning Labs) throughout the programme
  • Regularly checking / quality assuring data reflected in data dashboards to identify anomalies

Programme Completion:

  • Regularly engage with learners to ensure they are on track to successfully complete their learning programme and have gained maximum value from their engagement with us
  • Working with our data team to update and use cohortlevel dashboards to regularly review key programme data points to assess progress against programme milestones
  • Flagging offtrack or atrisk learners and working with the Lead: Learner Success to proactively problemsolve how to help learners to get back on track
  • Regularly presenting cohort progress to internal stakeholders
  • Providing uptodate data and feedback about cohort progress to enable accurate and ontime reporting by the Client Success team
  • Collect data for strategic projects to drive response rates for longitudinal and annual impact data collection

Supporting the Learner Success team:

  • Participating in programme schedules programme milestones and programme activities
  • Supporting logistics for inperson / virtual Learning Labs
  • Assisting members of the Learner Success team with oneonone engagement as needed

Peer Support:

  • Actively participating in team collaboration days regularly sharing learnings and best practice


Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Fluency in both English and French is an advantageous qualification
  • Strong analytical skills ability to understand and analyse learning and development needs
  • Ability to identify business challenges and turn them in to learning and development solutions
  • Proven programme management skills and experience
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial or highgrowth environment
  • Bachelors degree from a recognized institution
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
  • Ability to work with a diverse highperforming entrepreneurial team across Africa
  • Independent selfmotivated and able to take full ownership of own workstreams
  • Training and facilitation skills is an advantage
