Daily Responsibilities

• Actively support driving the business to achieve its mission
• Participate in companywide training sessions for ongoing upskilling and professional development.
• Immerse yourself in our awardwinning Personal Development materials become a product of the product and be an advocate for self growth
• Build and mentor your team
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and maintain ongoing contact with them
• Marketing placements with full training
• Provide ongoing leadership to your team lead by example.

Qualifications

• Exhibit a professional demeanour with integrity and a strong personal presence
• Work autonomously and approach challenges with a solutionfocused mindset
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Embrace a growth mindset and maintain a curious outlook
• Bring 5 years of general work experience
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
