Roles and Responsibility
About this position
Due to an increase in the number of projects we handle from PoC to full development (system production implementation) we are launching a new development engineering team. We are looking for a playing manager to lead the teams startup while leading the engineering of this development. Specifically you will promote the development of systems/services using machine learning in collaboration with our solution designers machine learning engineers and external partner companies. In addition you will be responsible for guiding and training our machine learning engineers in system development recruiting new development engineers and building a team.
Job Description
- Participate in the development of systems/services using machine learning from a leading position.
- The role of this position is to put the models implemented by the machine learning engineers on the system. Even if you have no knowledge of machine learning when you join the company you can catch up after you join.
- Support for improvement of machine learning models from the viewpoint of actual operation
- Launching hiring and training a team of system development engineers

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of system (backend) development experience
- Experience in requirement definition design development and testing process Python coding skills
- Experience managing code using GitHub or GitLab
- Experience in system development utilizing cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in project management
- Experience with scheduling and task segmentation
- Infrastructure design and construction skills (both onpremise and cloud)
- Architectural design/build skills
- RDB design and construction skills
- Experience in frontend development
- Experience in setting up a team
- Knowledge of basic machine learning
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning concepts
- Experience in developing MLOpsaware systems
