**Location:** Austin Texas

**Job Description:**

As a Multifamily Lead Superintendent you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a minimum of 5 completed projects in Texas demonstrating your expertise and ability to deliver highquality results.

**Responsibilities:**

Lead and supervise all aspects of the construction process ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and compliance with safety standards.

Manage project documentation including contracts permits and change orders.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement strategies for project success.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum of 5 completed multifamily construction projects in Texas from start to finish.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Thorough understanding of construction methods materials and safety regulations.

Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
