• You will manage and coordinate product developments within a crossfunctional team and implement energy management solutions. This also includes analyzing complex energy systems and data to identify optimization opportunities
• Using advanced mathematical techniques to model energy systems as well as actively solving problems related to realworld challenges in energy management systems
• Within the framework of technical concepts and project goals you will communicate and mediate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Your leadership tasks will include guiding team members in the application of energy optimization techniques and knowledge
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends technologies and regulations in the energy sector in order to make and develop strategic decisions

This is how you and your application stand out

• You already have at least 4 years of fulltime work experience as an energy specialist with a proven track record in the design implementation and operation of production services and a strong understanding of realworld challenges in energy systems
• You have strong math skills and the ability to apply concepts in a practical resultsoriented environment
• You have experience in leading crossfunctional teams and projects e.g. as a team lead people lead or engineering manager
• You have the ability to investigate complex problems and derive relevant information at varying levels of detail ranging from advanced technical issues to broad strategic objectives
• Your desire to take on tasks as a People Lead means that you have a lot of patience and composure towards your colleagues. Communicating with them will energize you rather than drain your energy
