Required Skills:
- Leadership skills
- Experience in leading team of 48 SDETs
- Build team/hire other SDETs as needed for the assigned workstreams
- Collaborate with other teams for integration/endtoend testing
- Collaborate and mentor other Juniors as needed
- Take ownership of releases from quality side and assess risks to ensure product delivered with good quality on the scheduled timelines
- Full automation regression with less turnaround time for release
Technical skills:
- Computer science fundamentals algorithm design problem solving complexity analysis and data structures.
- Testing process test types test design and testing methodologies
- Languages: Java typescript
- UI automation using Playwright Selenium
- Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks and test suites
- SQL
- API testing
- Certified AWS developer or commitment to acquire certification
- Perf testing with Gatling
