Lead React Frontend Developer

You Will

• Lead and mentor the frontend team setting an example for fellow developers
  
• Take charge of enhancing the Frontend Architecture including structure frameworks and technologies
  
• Establish and implement development standards and procedures
  
• Drive the development of new Single Page Applications (SPAs) and features with endtoend accountability
  
• Actively contribute to UX and design decisions
  
• Develop integration and unit tests to ensure feature quality and reliability
  
• Collaborate with the CTO to enhance platform performance security and availability
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends to introduce innovations that elevate the product and workflow.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess 6 years of frontend development experience
  
• Demonstrated expertise in Frontend Architecture and leadership roles (team lead)
  
• Proficiency in ReactJS/ES6 Redux HTML5 CSS3 LESS or Sass and WebPack
  
• Strong eye for screen design and usability coupled with highquality standards
  
• Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) best practices preferred
  
• Exhibit ownership responsibility and leadership by example
  
• Effective communication skills collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
  
• Flexible and committed with a strong work ethic
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous
  
• Possess a valid visa/work permit for the EU/Austria
