Act as hands on lead for End-to-end testing of the application (Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, etc.)
Quality Assurance/Testing - Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and functionality of products.
- Overall knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
- Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality and coverage.
- Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories. Share and communicate ideas to business, managers, and the team.
- Maintaining good quality documentation of test cases and other validations - Document and review test cases and test results with project team to validate that all business and technical requirements have been met and will be covered with our testing process.
- Validate the quality of the product and confirm completion of assignments to meet QA/release deadlines.
- Build product expertise to identify and build automation test coverage.
- Act as hands on lead for automation and performance testing Ability to take end to end ownership for automation and performance.
- Constantly evaluate and enhance the test automation strategy and approach - Building and maintaining automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, BDD, etc.
- Design, develop and implement automated tests.
- Ability to learn new automation tools.
- Building and maintaining Performance/Load testing frameworks using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Performance Center
- Mentor and direct other testers in automation, performance, and quality engineering principles
- Writing SQL queries
- Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.

What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation
- 5+ years of experience in SQL skills and experience working with RDBMS.
- 4+ years of experience in implementing test automation strategies, automated testing methodologies, and approaches, tools, techniques (unit, functional, integration), executing automated test suites, and debugging test.
- Technical skills/Tools:
- o 4+ years of experience with 1 or more performance tools: Java, SQL, JMeter, GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Splunk, Grafana
- o 4+ years of experience with 1 or more automation tools: Java, SQL, TestNG, Selenium, Eclipse, Maven
- o 4+ years of experience with 1 or more API testing tools: SOAP UI, Postman, REST Assured
- 4+ years of experience with Continuous Integration tools Jenkins, Bit bucket, GitHub
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology and agile tools like rally
- 2+ years of experience with leading team in offshore/ onshore model
What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Prior Healthcare experience
- Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Experience working with Pick, AutoIT is preferred.
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
- Proven solid verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create testing plans
