Lead Python Developer

• Design develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Exposure of migration from Monolithic to Microservice architecture.
• Create RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop and implement robust security measures for web applications.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy manage and scale applications in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code with thorough documentation.
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices emerging technologies and trends.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Expert in Load/Stress/Performance Testing and must have an exposure to the respective tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Indepth knowledge of AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS and Lambda.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL with experience in both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
