Lead Pressman

A Press Lead is responsible for leading and guiding the pressman and support staff in a printing facility. They maintain workflow troubleshoot issues manage staff and work closely with the Press Manager to meet organizational goals.

Position Qualifications:

• Prior leadership/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial printing postal regulations and related terminology is preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with coworkers and supporting staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with frequent change while understanding the urgency in meeting deadlines
• Above average communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong PC skills including but not limited to Google Suite Excel etc.
• Forklift Training/License

We are looking for:

• Prior experience as a Pressman
• Prior experience as Lead or Supervisor of a Press
• Forklift operation experience license better.
• Willing to work the night shift.
