Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, launching and measuring campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key role in driving measurable results and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve a B2C growth marketing strategy to drive guest acquisition and retention with CSM & Client stakeholders.
  • Own execution of marketing strategy across client success, paid agencies & the creative team.
  • Analyze guest insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies (templates).
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and SMS that ultimately grow purchase volume.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as client success, supply, product, design, and data science, to develop and execute growth experiments and initiatives.
  • Accountable for paid media budgets (across B2B & B2C) and oversight of paid media agencies.
  • Define and track key performance metrics and analyze campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing strategies (campaigns/templates).
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to offer clients innovative approaches to grow return.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

  • 7 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing in a B2C environment.

  • Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.

  • Hands on experience in paid platforms and managing paid media agencies with large budgets.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, CMS,

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

  • Creative thinking and a proactive mindset to identify growth opportunities and experiment with new strategies.

  • Knowledge of the B2C industry landscape and understanding of consumer behavior.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with events or hospitality industry is a plus.
