Purpose :
The planning and orientation of ORAT trials (basic advanced load etc.) is essential to the operationalization of the new terminal airside and landside infrastructure. The Incumbent must integrate all Stakeholders in the program and enable them as well as direct them to conduct and execute trials.
He/She must work in close coordination with Operations projects and other external/internal stakeholders to ensure operationalization of new infrastructure & facilities for usage of airport stakeholders.
Responsibility for the timely transfer of all mobile and immobile assets from the current terminal /airside/landside to the new terminal / airside/landside infrastructure.
Conduct and Manage tasks and projects with high priority or/and complexity on individual assignment.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and program initiation of all ORAT trial activities (pretrials basic advanced integrated and emergency/ fall back trials) and all ORT transfer activities. Coordination and alignment of all trial operation activities with NMIA management NMIA Departments and all other involved stakeholders (Airlines authorities trial passengers etc.)
Trial operation Logistics:
- Planning (Development and implementation of a trial logistics plan)
- Procurement / followup on trial logistics equipment
- Support in recruitment and training of trial logistics teams
- Daily Execution (preparation and execution)
- Management of Trial Logistics Teams and Smooth implementation of TRIAL Logistics Plan and the lead the ORAT budget and procurement process for Trial training and transfer logistics.
Preparation of the ORAT trials and logistics by preparing scenarios and daily preparation plans for the trial.
- Briefing and Debriefing at the trial operation days
- Supervision and reporting of results of the trial operations activities.
Stakeholder Relations Management on all aspects of Effective execution of the ORAT stakeholder
- Trials & Transfer engagement plan on all aspects of Trials & Transfer
- Establish a forum within NMIA and take it forward for the ORAT phase of AMP
- Development of Trial List and Trial Participation Matrix for Airport stakeholders and NMIA
- Development of Trial Evaluation
- Checklists for all Stakeholders
- Development of Transfer documentation for NMIA and Airport Stakeholders
- Development of Transfer Checklists for all Stakeholders
- Other required tasks Effective execution of the ORAT stakeholder engagement plan on all aspects of Trials and Transfer
Planning execution and management of all ORAT transfer activities (transfer strategy and transfer concept) Transfer logistics:
- Planning (Development and implementation of a transfer logistics plan)
- Creation and dissemination of SOPs/checklists
- Procurement/ Followup on transfer logistics equipment
- Execution of transfer logistics (preparation management and supervision
- Coordination and alignment of all transfer activities with the NMIA management NMIA departments and all other involved stakeholders (Airlines CISF BCAS & other relevant authorities etc.)
- Supervision and assurance of the terminal transfer activities in time
- Stakeholder Relations Management
- Development of Transfer documentation
- Development of Transfer Checklists for all stakeholders
- Plan conduct and execute individually assigned tasks and projects on his/her own and seek necessary support internally cross matrix
Education :
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering / Aviation science business management Communication
Minimum 1215 years workrelated experience.
- Profound knowledge about Airside and Terminal processes.
- Broad Understanding of ICAO Annexes IATA Aerodrome
- Reference Development Manual DGCA ACI Customer Guidelines IATA Slot Regulation
- Understanding of Operational ICTArchitecture and Experience in Resource Management Systems.
