Must haves

• 4 years of professional web application development experience
  

• Expertlevel Node.js and JavaScript knowledge and curiosity to learn more
  

• Broad knowledge of web platforms and technologies
  

• Superior analytical and problemsolving ability
  

• Automated unit testing and testdriven development
  

• Robust understanding of performance issues computational complexity and code optimization.
  

• Familiarity and implementation of industrystandard algorithms and design patterns
  

• Effective communication skills to work with different teams across an international company
