Lead Machinist

Growing Company in Winchester VA has a need for a Lead Machinist. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.

The Lead Machnistywill be an ideal fit if you enjoy the planning and scheduling of multiple tasks using multiple resources. Machinistsensure jobs have all of the components for production release and ultimately certify all jobs meet customer requirements. In addition a Leadcommunicates well with shop floor personal while providing excellent customer service in a fast paced often changing work environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers production personnel quality control suppliers and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and needs. Stage and lead jobs through the facility. Communicate and manage all project changes in a dynamic environment in which fast and immediate response is normal.
