We are looking for an experienced Lead Inside Sales to oversee and support our Business Development Specialist (BDS Inside Sales) team.

The Lead Inside Sales will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals so it s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a highperformance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve Sales target Quota.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage the Business Development Specialist representatives team.
  • Track sales targets for your team and at the individual level.
  • Ensure endtoend sales with conversion and revenue generation.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Build an opencommunication environment for your team.
  • Present promote and sell products/services using solid Negotiation to existing and prospective customers.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through multiple touch points/ cold calling/Online/and convert them into revenue.


Requirements


  • Proven work experience as an Lead Inside sales
  • Handson experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Indepth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problemsolving attitude

Qualifications: Graduates/ Postgraduates from IT background preferred
