Designation: Lead Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential clients in the engineering manufacturing chemical pharma EPC Infra and IT industries. Utilize various sources including online platforms industry events referrals and cold calling to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Prospect Management: Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls emails and other communication channels to introduce our services understand their hiring needs and promote the value proposition of our recruitment solutions.
  3. Solution Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our range of services including leadership hiring RPO and executive search. Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of partnering with our company to prospective clients.
  4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and quotes tailored to each clients requirements. Ensure timely delivery of proposals and follow up to address any questions or concerns.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within client organizations. Regularly engage with existing and potential clients to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our services.
  6. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance our sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and progress using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a presales/inside sales role preferably in the recruitment industry or a related field. Experience selling services within the engineering manufacturing chemical pharma EPC Infra or IT industries is highly desirable.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the talent acquisition landscape including executive search leadership hiring and RPO. Understanding of the engineering manufacturing chemical pharma EPC Infra and IT industries their key players and hiring challenges will be advantageous.
