Role and Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate potential clients and job candidates through cold calling LinkedIn search and other strategies.
- Conduct prospecting and build relationships with key decisionmakers in the IT industry.
- Understand client staffing needs and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Generate leads for the sales team and arrange meetings with the Sales Team/Management.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with an MBA (Mandatory) and at least 2 years of experience in lead generation. The candidate must be based in Hyderabad Telangana and should not require remote or hybrid work.
Required Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills
