As a Lead Generator at JLL you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts through proactive lead generation activities. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads initiating initial contact through cold calling conducting industry research and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. Your contributions will directly impact our overall sales strategy and business growth objectives.


Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target industries and market segments.

Utilise various tools and resources to gather accurate and relevant information about prospects.

Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our company products/services and identify potential opportunities.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs challenges and pain points.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for further engagement.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.

Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities progress and results.

Continuously seek ways to improve lead generation processes and outcomes.




Requirements

Proven experience in a similar lead generation or sales support role ideal but not essential.

Strong understanding of cold calling techniques lead qualification and appointment setting. Training can be given to those without experience but with the right cando personality.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage prospects effectively

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

An interest in the field of laboratories logistics sales or all and looking to learn more.
