David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is lookingfor a Germanspeaking Lead Generatorto join one of their exciting projects inHiTechin Malaga. The employee would be responsible forlarge opportunity qualification and triaging customer nurturing and customer relationship management in the small and midsize business customer segment.

Position: Lead Generator

Location: Malaga Spain (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage existing and new customers of one of the biggest names in IT based on lead information provisioned by the company
  • Review initial lead information collect customer insights from available data sources and execute call planning
  • Proactive outreach to customer within SLA to qualify lead based on BANT criteria and agree on next action with the customer
  • Review opportunity triage policy and root opportunity to the appropriate stakeholders to execute on agreed action with customer
  • Document customer engagements through the CRM system (open and qualify leads to opportunities) and maintain opportunity hygiene until handoff to triage stakeholder(s)
  • Execute next actions (including follow up of customer external and internal stakeholders) in line with SLAs

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A native or proficient level of German language and advanced level of English withstrong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional language
    • Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience
    • 2 years ofIT industry experience
    • Bachelors degree in business management IT Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Baseline understanding of Cloud products and solutions
    • Marketing experience will be a great asset
    • Fluency with basic
    • Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook O365 web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems strongly preferred
    • Cultural awareness of the DACH region
    • Basic understanding of the Cloudindustry ability to deliver provided solutions
