Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales strategies through cold calling SMS emails and direct messaging on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage and nurture prospect relationships to secure appointments for our sales team.
- Diligently follow proven frameworks to increase appointment conversion rates.
- Ensure impeccable appointment management boosting the showup rate of prospects.
- Maintain and exceed KPI standards to contribute to the teams collective success.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a proven track record in outbound sales or appointment setting.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
- Is disciplined motivated and possesses a high degree of professionalism.
- Can work independently demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Must have Matric Good spoken English
