This is a remote position.

Essential Job Functions:


The Lead Generation/Sales Executive works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. Specifically they are responsible for the following:


  • Conducts research and mapping of the market to identify areas of growth and focus for the sales team;

  • Builds and qualifies leads by verifying phone numbers email addresses and key contact person;

  • Cultivates good relationships and followup activities with client prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel;

  • Organizes the results and hands over qualified leads to the sales team;

  • Tracks and provides feedback on leadsourcing activities; and

  • Performs additional tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market research to develop datadriven strategies.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns including SEO social media marketing content marketing email marketing and more.

  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients showcasing our digital marketing services and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses.

  • Identify and cultivate leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and inbound marketing efforts.

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations creative and analytics to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations ethical standards and company policies.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles with a minimum of 3 years experience in Lead Generation Cold Calling and Client Prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative problem solver with a customercentric approach.

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
