Overview:

The Lead Generation Specialist for IT Projects plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our organization by identifying and nurturing potential leads for our IT projects. This role is essential in contributing to the companys revenue generation and market expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the IT industry for project opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media industry events and networking to generate new leads.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies specific to IT projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.
  • Create compelling messaging and content to engage potential leads and drive interest in our IT projects.
  • Conduct outreach and followup activities to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make datadriven adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and effectively communicate them to potential leads.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation particularly within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT project requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a targetdriven and fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics for lead generation optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales marketing and project management teams.
  • Experience in creating impactful content and messaging for lead generation purposes.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach towards lead generation activities.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and customer journey within the IT sector.
  • Flexibility to travel for industry events and client meetings as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
