Lead Electrician Solar Installer

Requirements

• A Journeyman Electrical License / State Certified Electrician preferred
  
• 3 years in the solar electric industry preferred
  
• Formal apprenticeship and/or vocational training
  
• Must possess a current valid Drivers license
  
• Working knowledge of the NEC required
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Very strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  
• Able to work an adjusting schedule and respond to emergencies
  
• Projects a professional appearance
  
• Solar industry experience preferred
  
• Experience reading interpreting oneline drawings and electrical schematics
  
• must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  
• Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
  

Lead Electrician Education Qualifications and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
  

• Ability to establish rapport build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers and remain tactful when communicating
  

• At least 4 years of previous solar installation experience required
  

Lead Electrician Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
  
• Should not have lifting restrictions be comfortable using hand tools power tools using ladders and working on roofs
  
• Must be able to work with heights; on rooftops and climbing ladders
  
• Must be able to lift 50lbs75lbs
  
• Must be able to work alone and as part of leading a team
  
• Must be able to lift and reach above your head bend and twist
  
• Must be able to stand for more than three hours at a time without a break
