Your Job

As a Video Player Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and optimizing video player solutions using JavaScript Prebid.js and IMA SDK HTML5. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating industrystandard video protocols enhancing video player performance and ensuring seamless ad integration. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and stay uptodate with the latest trends in video player development.

To specify

• Design develop and optimize video player solutions using JavaScript Prebid.js and IMA SDK HTML5. Contribute to a heightyearsold project actively engaging with a small team and impact a product utilized by nearly 100 million users each month.
• Integrate ads seamlessly into the video player including tracking and optimizing ad performance.
• Implement optimization strategies to improve video player performance and maximize user engagement.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with product operations and sales teams to understand and meet functional and technical requirements.
• DevOps and Tool Proficiency: Execute efficient pipelines through GitLab for seamless development testing and deployment. Proficiency in Docker and Go language is a valuable plus.

• Proven expertise in video player development with a strong focus on JavaScript.
• Advertising Protocols: Indepth understanding of IAB standards advertising protocols (VAST VPAID IAB) and programmatic advertising mechanisms.
• API Integration: Experienced in integrating APIs and managing data flows in bid optimization contexts.
• Pipeline Management: Proficient in GitLab for streamlined development workflows.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement adapting to evolving industry trends.
