Lead Coordinator for Migration Programs

Our client is is an International NGO dedicated to supporting migrants networking and project management in the public sphere in Hungary. This NGO focuses on addressing the needs and challenges faced by migrants fostering collaboration and partnerships and implementing programs that contribute to their wellbeing and integration in Hungary. The organization operates within the framework of humanitarian aid and social inclusion with a strong emphasis on strategic planning stakeholder engagement and effective program management.

Description:

The Lead Coordinator for Migration Programs will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our clients organizations projects and initiatives in Hungary. This role involves strategic planning effective program management and fostering relationships with key stakeholders including governmental entities and other organizations in the humanitarian sector. This role is Project based for a total of 10 months.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Develop and oversee countryspecific strategies addressing emerging needs in migration and social inclusion.
• Coordinate comprehensive program implementation adhering to organizational standards.
• Engage with various stakeholders to establish collaborative partnerships.
• Lead and develop a team dedicated to migration programs.
• Manage budgetary financial and administrative aspects of the organizations operations in Hungary.
• Represent the organization in local and international forums.

Requirements:

Degree in Political/Social Sciences Business Administration Migration Studies International Relations Law or related fields complemented by relevant professional experience (57 years) out of which at least 2 years on and nbsp;migration management and nbsp;and refugeerelated activities .

• Proven relevant expertise in Project Management and Program Development .
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Deep understanding of migration challenges and the sociopolitical landscape in Hungary and Europe.
