  • Full life cycle recruiting on both contract and permanent IT positions including Full Stack Web / Software Engineering / Development / Architecture (JavaScript React.js Node.js Go Python Ruby on Rails Java .Net C#) Cloud Engineering / Architecture (AWS Azure and Google Cloud Platform) Mobile Application Development (iOS Android) Cybersecurity ERP/CRM (Salesforce SAP Oracle Workday ServiceNow) DevOps (CI/CD Containerization i.e. Kubernetes & Docker) Data/Database Development / Engineering / Architecture (SQL Server Oracle Mongo PostgreSQL) Project Management Network Engineering/Administration Wireless and Infrastructure Support.
  • Ability to effectively manage a highvolume workload averaging over 5 openings consistently meeting performance metrics and goals.
  • Interfacing with hiring leaders leading kickoff/intake meetings collaborating and communicating to obtain feedback and ensure a great candidate experience and effectively expediting process flow.
  • Managing the presentation selection offer negotiation closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients regarding hiring selection training and compliance.
  • Effectively and efficiently utilized Job Diva and Workday applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Use a variety of Technology & Tools to source / track potential new team members including Workday Taleo Fieldglass Beeline and LinkedIn Recruiter.
