Lead ArchitectSenior Architect

An established multidisciplined firm is looking to add a Lead Architect/Senior Architect with a focus on Industrial projects to their Cleveland team!

• Represent the firm at speaking events in writing and other activities within the industrial development community
  
• Encourage/support teams to explore creative design solutions
  
• Lead/participate in an integrated design team
  
• Attend industry events business development events interviews and client meetings
  
• Lead contract negotiations
  
• Approve all contract changes
  
• Ensure invoices are processed timely and payments are made promptly
  
• Develop/adhere to a project work plan and schedule through collaboration with the Project Manager and project team
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Assist in the hiring training and onboarding of new team members
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field
  
• 8 years of industrial design experience including the pursuit planning and design of projects
  
• PE License preferred
  
• LEED Accreditation preferred
  
• Experience leading a team of design professionals
  
• Strong understanding of the industrial community including new developments and client needs
  
• May require some travel
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
