LC Advising

• Minimum of 34 years experience of performing workability checks on Export Letters of Credit Advising & Confirmation according to UCP 600/ ISBP 745 / Incoterms is an absolute must.
• Candidates checking Export Letters of Credit only on the basis on internal checklist or guidelines without applying /knowledge of UCP 600 and ISBP 745 may not apply.
• Understanding of LC SWIFT message types of 7 series (MT700 / 701 / 705 / 707 / 710 / 711 / 720 / 732 / 734 / 750 / 754 / 756 / 799)
• Knowledge and exposure to Letters of Credit Compliance Checks consisting of US Sanctions program AntiMoney Laundering AntiBoycott Export Control Laws
• CDCS Certification is an added advantage .
• Knowledge on Export LC Life Cycle e.g. LC (Letter of Credit) advising document checking acceptance reimbursement claim and payment.
• Familiarity with MSExcel functions like PIVOT VLOOKUP FORMULA FUNCTIONS

Qualification: Graduate in any field. Also CDCS (Certificate of Documentary Credit Specialist) certification will be added advantage.
