Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience as a Layout Artist in a VFX or animation environment.
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and shot composition.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software particularly Maya.
- Ability to interpret and implement feedback from directors and supervisors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Animation Film Art or a related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- In Depth knowledge in the subject matter. Production knowledge in the dept as an Intermediate level or Senior artist
- Good teaching ability & assessment ability. Ability to conduct training and support in assessment as per the given structure & curriculum.
- Supports the selection process of candidates & acts as a lead trainee during OJT (ontheJob Training).
- Conduct Sessions on specific topics & supports for content creation.
- Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery.
- Ability to give constructive feedback to the trainees and interns.
- Review & Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Learners and Training
- Guiding & Mentoring Trainees OneonOne for Individual learners/trainees.
- Keen interest towards industrial updates and having transferred those knowledge to his/her team.
- Create training content(s) and send it for approval for uploading in the LMS after consulting all stakeholders.
- Support in assessment for training through LMS/ICP
- Identify needs and facilitate the delivery of content for upskilling and dual training
