Job Description
Position: Lathe Machinist
Shift: 2nd Hours: 3PM 11PM
Type: FullTime Mode: Direct Placement/ Temp to Hire
Pay Scale: $2528hr (Negotiable) Industry: Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a Permanent CNC Machinist with at least 2 years of experience in Machine Setup Operations and Adjustments. Candidates with Lathe experience are preferred.
Primary Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers
- Assist in debugging operating problems
- Work from blueprints and customer specifications
- Select tools and adjust feeds and speeds
- Familiarity with Measuring Tools.
- Control quality of machined parts
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs and Operate overhead crane
- Maintain high standards of quality by making sure that parts that are passed on to a subsequent work center is good.
Requirements
- 35 Years of Experience in CNC Machining
- High School Diploma
