The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer 3 User Experience (UX) Researcher Max Bill Rate: BR/hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5 years of UX researcher experience Strong understanding of UI Design (Full Job Description Attached) Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. Will close submissions on: 3/11/24 at 10am EST Interview Process: Currently one round of interviews on MS Teams and some candidates may be asked to interview a second time inperson. It is expected the interviews will last onehour each. Candidates must be available for an inperson interview. Duration: 6 months with extension possible Hybrid: Local candidates only. Candidates must be located within 2 hours of Lansing MI. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1 two days a week. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days.
