Top Skills & Years of Experience: 10 Years Experience working with technical documents within the IT field Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology Must be able to hit the ground running! 10 Years experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation. 8 Years experience writing requirements for COTS solutions. 4 Years experience with large scale enterprisewide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system Experience with SOW RFP RFC etc. MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills (Customer and Client facing role) Please see attached position description for FULL job description details.
