POSITION SUMMARY

Estimator for our Design/Build department for both residential and commercial.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solicit and obtainprints of future projects
• Provide a completetake off of projects
• Estimating projects& looking up pricing
• Review proposal
• Determine if thereare any changes to submittal if job is accepted
• Maintenance manual
• Shop drawing
• Keeping the boardupdated
• Follow up withestimate

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years experience in landscape/hardscape industry (res/com.)
• Excellent grasp of the green and construction industry
• Able to read and understand blue prints
• Salesmanship andcustomer service
• Good math skillswriting skills communication skills
• Comprehension oflandscape drawings and the execution
• Computer skillsWindows xp pro Microsoft office Excel Bluebeam
• Clean appearance andhabits attention to detail
• Reliabledependable consistent friendly positive outlook
