We provide annuals and perennials installation tree and palm care site clean up & debris removal mulch property enhancements and upgrades. Fully licensed and insured Baker Commercial Landscaping Inc. is committed to exceeding our clients expectations. Tasks

Responsibilities:
Input and update projectrelated data into the company database with a high level of accuracy.
Verify and validate information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Manage and organize digital project documents.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure documentation is complete and accessible.
Generate regular reports to track project milestones budgetary information and other key performance indicators.
Assist in the preparation of datadriven reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers finance and other departments to gather and organize relevant project data.
Communicate effectively to address datarelated queries and concerns.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Implement and maintain data quality standards to uphold accuracy and reliability.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in data entry and typing
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Familiarity with data management systems is a plus
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to take on multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations is preferred
