Principal Land Development
We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to oversee a new office in the Phoenix area. Join us as we grow into Phoenixs burgeoning market building on our existing reputation in Fort Worth and Denver!
As a Land Development Project Manager you will manage several land development projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. You will assist obtain clients and their projects as well as direct project engineers and designers in completing engineering duties.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Proficient in all areas of land development design and procedures.
  • Mentor coach and grow a team of highly trained engineers and designers.
  • Complete all project management tasks including reporting and client invoice approval.
  • Assist with strategic marketing and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with employees project consultants clients and review agencies.
  • Forecast the future workload workforce assignments and project budgets.

Land Development Project Manager Requirements

  • Available for site visits
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited school
  • P.E. certification
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience independently managing site development projects

Land Development Project Manager Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Construction administration experience is desired.
  • Local market experience is desired.
  • Expert in the key technical elements of Land Development Engineering.
  • demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D HECRAS CUHP and SWMM software functions and capabilities.
  • Ability to give advise to engineers on the right utilization of software tools.
  • Experience in single and multifamily home development is desirable.
  • Capability to study and interpret public agency norms and procedures

Pay Range:

$120000 $180000 per year

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
