L3 Active directory

• 9 years designing and managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).
• 9 years of experience administering DNS DHCP and PKI.
• Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure.
• Experience with complex scripting leveraging PowerShell.
• Experience working at an ADfunctional level and migration to 2016 functional level preferred.
• Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
• Experience of Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directory issues.
• 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration to include Server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.

• 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
• Incident Management & Escalation Ticket Status Check and Update.
• Change Management Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.
• Problem Management & RCA Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
• Flexible to work on shifts and Very good communication skills
