Tasks

  • Cooperate with knowledge owners and subject matter experts on design and maintaining knowledge repositories on Confluence;
  • Provide feedback and support to the Confluence content creators;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to write and/or revise knowledge articles on Confluence that are appropriate for internal and/or external use and consistent with the overall knowledge management strategy;
  • Collaborate with HR Comms/Portal Strategy to review and gain alignment on internal content on Confluence, collaborate with Marketing&PR - on external content;
  • Monitor, evaluate and report out on knowledge content usage and interaction both internally and externally, developing strategies on how to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with insights, training, and quality to ensure consistent measurement and delivery of knowledge.
  • Lead annual audit of knowledge content within our repository;
  • Lead the creation of Slackbots growth with continual updates and assessment of metrics
  • Design and deliver training related to assigned project work;
  • Provide recommendations to optimize tools and processes that provide MGID the resources they need to do their job and elevate customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with knowledge management practices/ initiatives;
  • 1+ years of experience with of experience creating training documents and delivering training content.;
  • Experience with Confluence or other knowledge management systems;
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and professional speaking skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Agile, Lean;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Great vision, self-motivated, excellent drive, and enthusiastic.
