Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing: Efficiently clean and sanitise dishes utensils and kitchen equipment.
  
• Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen including surfaces floors and food preparation areas.
  
• Assistance: Provide support to kitchen staff as needed including basic food preparation tasks and assisting chefs with kitchen organisation.
  
• Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with established protocols.
  
• Stock Management: Assist in receiving storing and organising kitchen supplies.
  
• Adherence to Hygiene Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  
• Team player with a positive attitude.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  
• Must be eligiable to work in Ireland without a visa permit requirement.
