We offer the worlds finest coffee and equipment to over 150000 customers online and in our Cafs driven by our goal to make highend coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide pay high prices for the coffee beans and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell we invest 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffeegrowing areas such as providing clean drinking water hygiene training and coffee labs. With over 4 million euros raised in donations we cannot wait to increase our positive impact with you on our team one cup of coffee at a time.

Our offer

• One year contract fixed salary corresponding to a minimum of 24h a week (3 days) to max of 32 weekly working hours (4 days). You may cover extra shifts for operational needs which will be compensated on top of your fixed salary.

Your role

• Assist in the preparation of food ingredients as well as support with the preparation of pastries and salty snacks
• Comply with our quality standards for hygiene and safety
• Oversee preparatory and finishing work in the kitchen area
• Take ownership of cleaning and hygiene tasks (washing dishes cutlers glasses and kitchen utensils)
• Follow the regulations for waste separation and disposal
• Apply the hygiene concept according to HACCP
• Support the kitchen team as needed

Your profile

• Experience in working in a kitchen a minimum of 1 year is preferred
• Work according to HACCP standard
• Reliability as well as stress resistance
• Good communication skills in dealing with colleagues
• Quick comprehension
• Careful responsible and clean way of working
• High degree of quality awareness and commitment
• Fluency in English min B1 in German
