Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Location: Nairobi
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
In your role as the Key Accounts Manager you will be tasked with managing and nurturing relationships with our companys key accounts. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue maintaining customer loyalty and contributing to the overall success and growth of our business. Your position requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Account Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring partnerships expand partner portfolios identifying new business opportunities and ensure ongoing client satisfaction across all sectors.
2. Business Growth and Client Engagement Strategy: Implement strategic plans and contribute to creating scalable and sustainable business lines for overall business growth and enhanced client engagement.
3. Market Research Product Development and Technology Integration: Conduct research to explore potential products and services devise effective marketing strategies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including endusers on defining product requirements and specifications.
4. Trend Analysis Prototyping and Technical Engagement: Identify and analyze future trendssupport prototype development and engage in technical discussions with customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BSc/BA in business administration IT engineering marketing sales or relevant field
2. Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in key account management IT engineering sales or a related field.
3. Any relevant training in account management sales or customer relationship management.
OTHER COMPETENCIES:
1. Demonstrates impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in negotiation and problemsolving and adeptness in strategic thinking
3. Displays a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships along with ability to adapt to evolving business environments and changing client needs.
